This document was prepared by professors of the Faculty of Agrohydraulic Engineering of the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP). Its main purpose is to serve as a practical work tool for researchers who wish to carry out economic and social feasibility projects; it is aimed at students related to investment projects and all those workers and investors in both the public and private sectors.
