Power industries have a significant share in global carbon emissions due to bulk of power generation coming from fossil fuel plants. This carbon emission leads to climatic changes and adversely affect the life on earth [34, 35]. Carbon emission reduction policies are introduced across the globe to control unwanted climatic changes. Universal energy access is designed goal of all governments, which has to be full-filled with lowest possible carbon emission.
