Only a positive person can lead a healthy life. Imagine waking up every day feeling like you are ready to face the day’s challenges and you are filled with hope about life. That is something an optimist doesn’t have to imagine because they already feel it every day. Although positive thinking will not magically vanish all your problems, it will make them seem more manageable and somewhat not a big deal. To finish the year with solid results, you need to get serious; the days of dissatisfied results are gone, now it is time to shine some light on your soul and determine what you are doing wrong, what habits are working in your favor, and which ones are not. Then you can decide which habits to give up on, which habits to improve, and which ones to keep. Once you have sorted this out, prioritize your goals and set some challenging destinations to avoid getting bored or feeling uninterested. When setting deadlines, try to set enforceable deadlines. Confusion can lead to poor results, so sit back and think about the goals that I should not pursue. And when you complete a plan, don’t just rush into the process of crushing the next goal; allow yourself to celebrate your win and feel the happiness of the goal finally getting destroyed by you.
